NHS emails and text to patients confirming address

We have been informed by NHSE that as part of their regular list maintenance activities, PCSE may contact patients to confirm their home address.

We are making you aware of this in case you receive any queries from patients directly as to the legitimacy of the communications.

Patients may receive a Text message, letter or email. (Example comms are attached for your reference)

• Emails are sent from NHS Confirm your address nhs.confirm.your.address@notifications.service.gov.uk  and include an option for patients to change their home address directly with the NHS at: https://change-your-address.account.nhs.uk.
• Text messages are sent from NHSdetails - As part of cyber security, authentic NHS text message do not contain any links.
