IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR PATIENTS WITH ONLINE ACCESS

All patients currently registered for online services will need to register again due to a change in clinical systems at the surgery. With effect from 25th May 2017, you will be able to re register by collecting your new registration details from the surgery. From now until then we will not be able to accept any new users. Current online services will be disabled at 5.00pm on Wednesday 31st May 2017. We will endeavour to get online services for our new clinical software up and running as soon as we can but are dependent on third parties for some of the process.

SELF CHECK IN

During our upgrade, the self check in will not be working. We anticipate it will be back on line by the end of June. This could mean you may have to queue at reception to check in.

We apologise for the inconvenience this will cause which is beyond our control.

Welcome to St Stephen's House Surgery

The doctors and staff at St Stephen's House Surgery in Ashtead are proud to offer the highest standard of patient-centred healthcare.  We run many clinics for the management of chronic diseases such as asthma and diabetes and offer a wide variety of other medical services including antenatal and postnatal care, childhood vaccinations and well-person check-ups.

In addition to everything you need to know about the practice you will also find a wealth of health-related information in the menu on the right hand side. Please have a look around and do send us some feedback.

Please read about the Friends and Family Test which is now part of the all GP practices.

We would be most grateful if you could complete the questionnaire. This is accessible via the patient survey button below.
