Enhanced Access (GP HUB) Service

Enhanced Access Appointments mean you can see a GP in the evening (Mon-Fri) or on a Saturday making it easier for you to get an appointment at a time that suits you, including evenings and weekends. There's a choice of face-to-face or telephone appointments depending on what is appropriate for your issue.

Contact the surgery in the usual way, if there are no appointments we may offer you an appointment with the Enhanced Access Service if this is right for your. When we are closed please call 01372 232001. In order to book an appointment in the hub, you will first need to consent to your medical records being shared so that the clinican will have the information they need to give you the best possible care safely.

The consultation notes will be returned to your registered GP practice electronically to ensure your medical records is up to date.
