🕓 Please send medical requests by 4pm

Our online access remains open 8am–6:30pm, and all medical requests are triaged by a GP.

Due to current demand and capacity, we strongly encourage you to submit your request as early as possible.

Requests submitted after 4pm may not be actioned until the next working day.

Submitting your request early gives the GP time to assess it and make sure you receive the most appropriate advice, appointment or treatment.

🚨 Have an urgent request?

Please still submit it online or contact the practice directly. Urgent requests will be prioritised according to clinical need.
